On the occasion of Paris Photo's 28th anniversary, Michael Hoppen Gallery invites you to explore the rich history of street photography from the 19th Century to present day.
Sohei Nishino’s latest diorama map, Tokyo 2024, will be shown at the fair for the first time alongside earlier iconic cityscapes of New York and Paris.
In dialogue with Nishino’s contemporary diorama maps, a curated group of vintage prints from our collection will be shown including masters such as Pál Funk Angelo, Nobuyoshi Araki, Eugène Atget, Brassaï, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Krass Clement, Masahisa Fukase, Kati Horna, Charles Nègre, Ishiuchi Miyako, Tod Papageorge and Shomei Tomatsu, amongst others.
