TED PARTIN - WHO ARE YOU THIS TIME?

Actually, with the 8 x 10 i often find myself trying to hide behind it. That's the thing with photography, you're trying to engage thr world with your camera but at the same time you are also hiding behind it.

It's a constant push and pull. I don't think my pictures are looking specifically at people on the edge of society, even though sometimes they do, instead the work is looking at a larger generation and trying to understand something about how these people live their lives.... (Ted Partin)
